Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Shortwave by Clipdeco arts. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team through the in-app help channel and we will assist with the request.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the current paid billing period; we do not pro-rate unused time outside of the 30-day guarantee window.
After 30 days
After the 30-day guarantee window we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but we will always review reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis — for example duplicate charges or service issues we were unable to resolve.
